State ONE topic in nutrition that interests you and that you would like to learn more about Of all the topics in nutrition, the one which interests me the most is food allergies. As a cook, I cook things by not their calories but their taste so this makes me blind against some nutritional knowledge as I stated I also need to make sure my customers, friends, and family are safe with the ingredients. I really wanted to learn about food allergies and make myself a better cook with the knowledge I have so I can cook for everyone with every kind of allergy.
